Spent Christmas at a family-run hotel in Austria. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for winter activities. There was a cozy food area where we enjoyed fantastic breakfasts and dinners. The highlight was the newly built relaxation area with 3 different saunas. The stunning snowy environment made it even more magical.
The beds were creaky and uncomfortable, and the heating system was not effective. Our room was too cold to enjoy any comfortable downtime.

We had an amazing romantic getaway. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making our stay feel special. The food was delicious with a lot of variety for breakfast and dinner. We especially enjoyed the local dishes that were served. The location was perfect - nestled amongst picturesque mountains and scenic views. The lack of air conditioning in our room, making it quite hot at night. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience.

The reasonably priced restaurant was excellent and served delicious meals. The service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional, and the rooms provided comfortable beds and breathtaking views.
Though the hotel had amazing facilities, it lacked air-conditioning in some of its rooms, which could be a problem during hot weather.
